Refreshing Toner is ideal for cleanup following cleansing. It has enzyme action to remove cellular debris and therapeutic amino acid action to promote healing. The ingredients increase water content while pH balancing the skin. When lightly sprayed after applying mineral makeup, it will provide a longer lasting finish. It reduces bacteria and has a cucumber/herbal aroma. pH 4.0

Spray on skin or apply with cotton ball, avoiding eyes and mucus membranes.
