We have inputted a cancellation policy for Aesthetics with Alessandra as your time is valuable and so is ours! We do understand that certain scenarios do arise however, please give us 48 hours to rebook or cancel your appointment. If failure to reschedule or cancel your appointment within the allotted time frame you will be charged fee of $100.00 to your credit card on file. Online bookings that hold appointment slots and reschedule more then 3 times will be denied future online bookings.
NO SHOW/DAY OF CANCELLATION POLICY
No Show’s and day of cancellations will be charged a NO SHOW FEE of YOUR FULL SERVICE AMOUNT which will be charged to the credit card on file and will be restricted for future online bookings. Please contact me for exceptional circumstances and we can make an alternative arrangement.
LATE ARRIVALS POLICY
Please arrive ON TIME for your scheduled treatment time. Arriving to your treatment late may result in a shorter treatment time. This is necessary in order for me to stay on schedule and accommodate my next scheduled appointment. Shortened appointments will not be compensated in the treatment price. If you are 20 minutes or later to your appointment then your appointment will be cancelled and rescheduled regardless if you’re on the way or arriving at that moment. Please be aware that this is considered a cancellation and will result in a cancellation fee outlined above.
